Os hoffech i’ch plentyn ddod i un o’n clybiau yna cewch gofrestru drwy lenwi’r ffurflen digidol isod. Pan fyddwch yn dod â’ch plentyn am y tro cyntaf bydd angen i chi hefyd llenwi ac arwyddo ffurflen ganiatâd papur. Gallwch lawrlwytho un o’r rhain o waelod y dudalen hon.

If you would like your child to attend one of our clubs, you can register them digitally here. You will also need to fill in and sign a physical permission slip when you bring your child to club for the first time. These can be downloaded from the bottom of this page.
